Explosive Chest Circuit on Ball

Perform each set 2-5 reps

1. Push-Ups

2. Chest on ball

3. Chest on ball and catch 2 hands

4. Chest on ball and catch 1 hand

5. Ball walkouts 3 hops FW, 3 hops BW

6. Ball walkouts clockwise and counterclockwise hops

7. Roll out on ball into push-up position (Each time go further)
