We offer Sports Performance Training for athletes as young as elementary school all the way up to adults who still want to gain an edge or get back into great shape. We assist every client on an individual level to achieve an optimum physical performance level, while preparing them for a lifetime of fitness.   2 Group Training

Our coaches will train your son or daughter on the proper way to increase speed, agility, strength, and endurance by using functional training techniques along with coaching proper mechanics. The purpose of this training is to help athletes transfer what they have learned and developed from the gym to the playing field. These classes are recommended for athletes in sports such as baseball, softball, football, basketball, swimming, wrestling, volleyball, track, tennis, golf, soccer, ultimate fighting, cheerleading and any other sport that requires speed, strength and coordination.

Classes are intended for any athlete. He or she must be committed to improving their current athletic skills with a willingness to work at a high level of intensity. These classes will require maximum effort and commitment.

3.Team Training

The field of strength and conditioning is extremely dynamic and always changing.

We understand that time is of the essence and athletics are more competitive than ever.

We take pride in offering team instruction with attention to the smallest details in a challenging, but positive and encouraging environment.

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), participation in organized sports is on the rise. Nearly 30 million children and adolescents participate in youth sports in the United States. This increase in play has led to some other startling statistics about injuries among America’s young athletes:

  • More than 3.5 million kids under age 14 receive medical treatment for sports injuries each year.
  • Overuse injuries are responsible for nearly half of all sports injuries to middle and high school students.
  • According to the CDC, more than half of all sports injuries in children are preventable.
  • By age 13, 70 percent of kids drop out of youth sports. The top three reasons: adults, coaches and parents.
